TAKE IT FROM THEM ... we are grateful to share the love

I was skeptical at first, I just didn't think a life coach was something I needed.  I thought a life coach was for a celebrity or for a hippy.  I was surprised how natural the process was.  Vanessa has clearly had many years of experience and knows how to gently lead you through the lessons.  It was like having the easiest conversation in the world, and not only was I heard, Vanessa would repeat back the important points that she took from what I was saying.  It's never occurred to me how hard it is to listen to yourself while you're talking! But with Vanessa's support, I started to hear what I was saying.  I could hear what I really wanted in life. I could hear what was in my way.  I knew all the answers already, I just hadn't been properly listening to myself.

I recommend to everyone out there to at least try a few sessions with Vanessa at Lighthouse Coaching. I think you will be surprised how easy and helpful it really is.

Before coaching with Vanessa, I struggled with a lot of fears and self doubt. I struggled with
